Private Fitness Training Rates:
ONE ON ONE PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
1 Person- $60/session
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE TRAINING
PLEASE GIVE 12 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE SESSIONS. OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR ORIGINAL BOOKING. THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 2 CANCELLATIONS PER MONTH. IF YOU FIND YOURSELF CANCELLING MORE THAN TWO PER MONTH, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO DISCUSS YOUR TRAINING SCHEDULE WITH YOUR TRAINER.
SMALL GROUP PRIVATE TRAINING
ALL SESSIONS ARE A FLAT RATE FOR THE GROUP. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE PRICE YOU WILL PAY WHETHER YOU ARE AWAY FOR A SESSION OR NOT. THIS IS DONE IN FAIRNESS TO THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE GROUP SO THEY ARE NOT CHARGED EXTRA ON DAYS YOU MAY MISS(AS YOU WONT BE CHARGED EXTRA IF YOUR PARTNER MISSES). WE KEEP OUR GROUPS TO A MONTHLY SCHEDULE, SO IF ITS NOT WORKING FOR YOU, YOU ARE NOT LOCKED IN TO ANYTHING LONG TERM
2 People - $70/session( $35/person)
3 People - $90/session($30/person)
4 -8 People - $27.50/person
Mobility Focused Sessions
There are two approaches to our mobility training
Single person training - this is a hands on approach, dedicated to your needs specifically. This is best if your are looking to improve something specific, or trying to rehab an injury. $65/session
Small group sessions - a more general mobility approach, where we work on global movement improvement. This is suitable for all levels, and you go at your own pace. $27.50/person
After Hours Membership (7pm-6am)
$40/month
